About Tracey Prever
Hello. I am Tracey Prever — personal development coach, wellness advocate, and writer. I help people who are tired of running on autopilot figure out what they actually want from their lives, and then build the habits and mindset to get there. I believe that personal growth does not have to be complicated, expensive or dramatic. It is usually about paying closer attention to what is already there.
My Approach
My coaching philosophy is grounded in evidence-based practices from psychology, neuroscience and mindfulness research, combined with the hard-won wisdom of someone who has personally navigated burnout, career transitions, relationship changes and the general chaos of trying to figure life out. I am not a therapist. I am not here to diagnose or analyze. I am here to help you build a life that feels right to you — one thoughtful decision at a time.
I work with clients on: setting meaningful goals and actually following through; building sustainable habits that do not rely on willpower alone; finding clarity around values, purpose and direction; managing stress and preventing burnout; and developing emotional resilience.
My Background
Before I became a coach, I spent twelve years working in corporate environments — managing teams, navigating organizational politics, and watching talented, capable people slowly lose themselves in work that paid the bills but did not fill them up. I was one of those people. The turning point came when a health scare forced me to stop and actually look at the life I had built. It was not a bad life by most measures. But it was not mine.
That reckoning led me to study personal development seriously — reading the research, working with coaches myself, and eventually qualifying as a certified life coach. I have been working with clients for eight years now, and I still find this work endlessly fascinating. People are remarkable when they stop to pay attention to themselves.
What You Will Find Here
This website is a reflection of everything I have learned and everything I practice with clients. The free tools are the same exercises I use in coaching sessions — condensed and made available so that anyone can benefit from them without committing to a full engagement. The articles are written from my own experience and reading, with careful attention to accuracy and practical usefulness. Everything here is free, and it always will be.
Working With Me
If you find value in this site and think you would benefit from more personalized, one-on-one support, I offer coaching packages for individuals who are ready to do the work. You can find out more on the contact page, or simply reach out with any questions. I read every message personally and respond to as many as I can.
Thank you for being here. That matters more than you might realize.
